I have just had the pleasure of getting a real-life cage-match-style workout from the one-and-only mixed martial arts fighter Jody Burke.
The personable, passionate and intelligent founder of Aggression Fight Club currently resides in Calgary, constantly in training for the next time he's called to the cage. And it just so happens that the city's hottest MMA man also happens to be its hardest personal trainer.
